it is not reiki; Reiki energy is preprogrammed from the same source with alot of conditions attached. Reiki's useage is limited. Reiki can be said to be a subset of the total sum of the cosmic energy.
However, the source of cosmic energy is the same as Reiki, but is not programmed. It is in a primal form waiting for a user to program it according to their own wishes.
